Being a first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole home buying process. I was introduced to Richard by one of my co-workers who had recently purchased a home. The first meeting we had was very informative I especially liked the way Richard broke down the home buying process step by step in terms easy to understand. I must say, after our first meeting my nervousness changed more into excitement. Richard made himself available to suit my schedule and he was always on time. A good real estate agent is hard to find, in my opinion. I had two bad experiences with agents that don’t return phone calls, don’t send you listings that fit your criteria and worst of all try to get you to buy a home they know you can’t afford. I was reluctant to try another agent. Richard gave me his business card at a business function, and said if you need any real estate assistance give me a call. About one week later I called Richard to set up an appointment. Our first meeting was about one hour, I was surprised at all the information that he provided to me, considering I did not receive much from the other two agents. To make a long story short, it took two weeks for Richard to find me my home and the best thing of all he made sure that I could afford all aspects of the home before I even put in an offer. A good real estate agent is hard to find, I’m so happy I found one.

Whether you are buying or selling a home, I would strongly recommend Richard Mais.
